The Hydrometeorological Center promises to Muscovites warm weather with variable clouds. Meteorologists suggest that the air in the capital can warm up to 23 degrees during the daytime.
As RIA Novosti writes, referring to "Phobos", if such an indicator is established, the temperature record will be broken.
At night, the temperature will drop to 8 degrees in the city and to 5 in the region.
The wind is expected to be southeast up to 10 meters per second.
Earlier, the Hydrometeorological Center predicted anomalous warming in the European part of the country.
