According to the file of arbitration cases, the claim was filed with the court the day before, April 19. So far, the claim has not been accepted for consideration.
Some of the respondent companies, such as Dalsima Oil Company JSC, Complex Investments JSC, Kayum Neft JSC, Seneal International Agency Ltd, are already Khotin's co-defendants in claims for damages.
Since March last year, the DIA has filed 26 such statements for the recovery of damages from the controlling persons of Yugra. The total amount of claims is 251.3 billion rubles. Some of the applications contain two or three separate monetary claims. The composition of the co-defendants is changing, but in each of the claims Khotin is the defendant.
Let us remind you that in 2016, organized in 1990, "Yugra" began to break records in terms of losses. At that time, they were estimated at 22 billion, and the reason was the formation of reserves in case of possible losses. The results of the whole year also turned out to be negative, the total losses were at the level of 32 billion rubles. At the same time, the cost of forming "reserves" exceeded 29 billion.
The credit organization was declared bankrupt in September 2018. DIA was appointed as the liquidator. The Central Bank has estimated the “hole” in Ugra's capital at 160.9 billion rubles. Khotin controlled 52.5% of the bank's capital, thus being the main owner of the bank.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation indicated that it was investigating a criminal case on the theft of more than 267 billion rubles by Khotin from Yugra.
