The statement is addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Kommersant reports. Maria Maksakova appeals to the minister with a request to check her former common-law husband Vladimir Tyurin for signs of a crime in his actions under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation directed against thieves in law. According to Maksakova, the reason for the appeal was the plot of one of the YouTube channels dedicated to thieves in law. The hero of the plot was Vladimir Tyurin (Tyurik), her former common-law husband. Maksakova mentions that the presence of Tyurin's thief status is a well-known fact, and asks to check the information presented in the video “for the presence of signs of illegal acts in the actions of Vladimir Anatolyevich Tyurin, under Art. 210.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (occupation of the highest position in the criminal hierarchy)".
According to Maksakova, she has reason to fear for her life. He and Tyurin are in a legal dispute over an apartment on the Presnenskaya embankment. At one time, Maksakova received real estate from her father, and then decided to rewrite it to the children from Tyurin. However, she suspended the deal, as she suspected that Tyurin intends to appropriate the housing.
Vladimir Tyurin was suspected of organizing the murder of Denis Voronenkov, the last husband of Maria Maksakova. The politician was shot dead in Kiev in March 2017. Subsequently, the charges against Tyurin were dropped.
