It's suspended until a decision is made on recognizing them, as well as the FBK / Anti-Corruption Foundation (created by Navalny, included in the register of foreign agents) as extremist organizations and banning their activities on the territory of the Russian Federation.
The meeting on this case is being held behind closed doors. Security measures have been stepped up in front of the Moscow City Court in anticipation of protests.
As the head of FBK Ivan Zhdanov said in his Twitter, the Moscow prosecutor's office asked the court to suspend the work of Navalny's headquarters on Monday. The court's decision explains that the headquarters distributed extremist materials on the network, calls for extremist activities, riots and participation in uncoordinated protests.
"Extremist activity entails a violation of human rights and freedoms, causing harm to individuals, health of citizens, the environment, public order, public safety, society and the state", - the decision states. The headquarters were banned from holding meetings, rallies, participating in elections, using bank deposits, as well as publishing information in state and municipal media. A public movement can appeal against a court decision.
