According to Yelena Bibikova, the right to receive two pensions applies to those former law enforcement officers who have earned a seniority pension and managed to develop 21 pension points, as well as experience - in 2021 it is 12 years. But it should be remembered that an old-age pension consists of two parts - a fixed and an insurance one, and if two pensions are paid, a pensioner can rely only on its insurance part, -reports the RIA Novosti news agency.

However, in order to receive payments, they will need to prove their unemployment status. The Ministry of Labor has also developed a bill according to which, in order to obtain additional social security, members of flight crews of aircraft and workers in the coal industry will not have to collect documents - organizations will be obliged to independently transfer data to the Pension Fund.
