One of the richest people on the planet, the founder of SpaceX and Tesla, the famous supporter of astronautics and technological progress, Elon Musk, said that he suffers from Asperger's syndrome.

Usually such people find it difficult to express their feelings in the traditional way, they have problems in social interaction.

Asperger's syndrome is considered a developmental disorder that is also characterized by a limited, stereotypical, repetitive repertoire of interests and activities and difficulty in interpreting words and non-verbal cues. But it differs from childhood autism in that speech and cognitive abilities are generally preserved. People suffering from this syndrome are also often characterized by severe clumsiness.

At the same time, many of them, due to the manifestations of the syndrome, sharply focus on their specific interests, often building a successful career on these hobbies. As reported by the Interfax agency, 49-year-old Elon Musk first publicly announced his syndrome after recently, in one day, his fortune grew by seven billion dollars at once.

"My speech does not differ in the variety of intonations... I was told, it's great for comedy shows", - he said.

In April, Elon Musk's SpaceX won a contract from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to deliver astronauts to the moon in 2024. Elon Musk also recently posted a video of a monkey playing video games with the power of thought. Neuralink, a neurointerface development company, had previously implanted a chip in a monkey's head and taught it to play a simple game with a joystick, and then without it at all.
