Israel counted 1,600 rockets fired at it from the Gaza Strip

About 1,600 missiles were launched from the Gaza Strip into Israel, four hundred of which fell into the territory of the enclave itself, the Israel Defense Forces said, specifying that the effectiveness of the Iron Dome missile defense system is 90%.
