In the Kamchatka Territory, doctors were underpaid for work with patients with coronavirus about 200 million rubles. The directors of the hospitals were given orders to eliminate the violations, but they have not been implemented at the moment.

Medical institutions tried to appeal the decisions in courts, but the claims were not satisfied, Kommersant reports.

According to the newspaper, the State Labor Inspectorate in the Kamchatka Territory conducted an inspection in medical institutions the day before. According to its results, it was found that incentive payments for work with patients with coronavirus were not made in full. Instead of the 1.8 coefficient set in the region, 1.6 was used. Also, payments were incomplete due to incorrect calculation. As a result, the debt to doctors amounted to about 200 million rubles.

Medical institutions were issued instructions stating the need to pay employees the due funds. But at the moment they have not been executed, despite the fact that the courts sided with the doctors.

Incentive payments for work with coronavirus patients began to be paid to doctors of the Kamchatka Territory in May last year. In addition to federal money, they are also entitled to regional money. For example, an employee of the "red zone" can expect an additional payment of 186 thousand rubles. During the year, the prosecutor's office repeatedly applied to the court to protect the rights of doctors.
