Demand for firefighters in the labor market has doubled

According to TASS, referring to data from the HeadHunter service, the average salary offered to firefighters is 34 thousand rubles a month, while the average expectations of job seekers are higher - 40-50 thousand rubles.

Two thirds of the total number of firefighters looking for work are over 35 years old, one third - 26-35 years old. On average, two or three job seekers apply for one vacancy.

It's worth reminding that at the end of winter 2021, the demand for workers was 53% higher than before the coronavirus pandemic. Among the most popular working specialties were a picker-stacker (12.5 thousand vacancies), a loader (11.6 thousand), a locksmith (10.4 thousand), a handyman (9.6 thousand), an adjuster (8, 6 thousand), mechanic (8.1 thousand), electrician (7.5 thousand), assembler (7.2 thousand), electrician / cable operator (7 thousand), turner / milling machine (3.8 thousand).
