During the summer, many Russians would like more days off to spend time with their children or to do their summer cottage business. At the same time, 9% of employees want to leave work in order to be able to rest or find a higher-paying job.

In addition to these already determined 9%, 11% are considering dismissal, and 38% would like to quit, but do not have the savings to do it painlessly for the wallet, RIA Novosti reports, citing a study of the Zarplata.ru service.

At the same time, 2% prefer not to work in the summer at all, and therefore quit every year.

Researchers point out that Russian women quit more often - 67%, since this is often associated with the need to take care of children. And for Russians, the reason for the pre-summer layoff is, as a rule, the transition to seasonal work, where they can get more.

Analysts noted that after dismissal, 26% of employees have enough savings for the whole summer, 52% - only for a month, 22% have practically no money left, and they plan to leave for their dacha or live with relatives for three months.

It's worth reminding that according to another study, the proportion of citizens who cannot afford summer vacations at all has increased.
