The lawyer believes that she was presented as a prostitute, and demands compensation for moral damage in the amount of 50 million rubles, as well as the removal of the video and the implementation of the ban on the use of the recordings. Troitskaya's claim was registered with the Ostankino District Court of Moscow.

Troitskaya claims that her business reputation has suffered serious damage: after the story appeared, customers began to refuse her services: “Because of the situation that arose, I lost a contract for a total of 22 million rubles. A client has left in an arbitration case challenging a sale and purchase transaction. We have been coordinating the conduct of this case over the past four months - and here it is".
