Experts named regions with the greatest income stratification

According to Izvestia, referring to the study of the international audit and consulting network FinExpertiza, in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the wealthiest group of the population receives 10.2 times more than the poor - 215.9 thousand rubles against 21.2 thousand. In the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the difference is 9 , 4 times: 201 thousand rubles against 21.3 thousand rubles. In the capital, the difference was 8.7 times: 177.3 tf. Rubles against 20.3 thousand.

In Chukotka, the earnings of the wealthy exceed the income of the poor by 8.5 times, in Sakhalin - 8.3 times.

Also, a significant stratification of income is noted in Adygea, where the rich receive 8.2 times more than the poor, in St. Petersburg - 8.1 times, in the Krasnodar Territory - eight times, the Sverdlovsk region and Yakutia - 7.9 times.

At the same time, the smallest gap between the wealthy and the poor was noted by analysts in Karachay-Cherkessia - 5.3 times (37.1 thousand rubles against 7 thousand rubles, in the Kostroma region - 5.4 times (50.7 thousand rubles against 9.5 thousand rubles) and the Jewish Autonomous Region - 5.4 times (56.2 thousand rubles against 10.4 thousand)

In addition to these subjects of the Russian Federation, there is a small gap in the level of income in Khakassia, Ingushetia, Kirov region, Crimea, Novgorod and Vladimir regions.

Over the past, "pandemic" year, the average income of Russians amounted to 35.7 thousand rubles a month. 82.5 thousand rubles were received monthly by 20% of citizens with the highest incomes. A fifth of the poorest people received 9.88 thousand rubles a month. The poorest 20% of Russians account for 5.5% of the total income of the entire population of the country, and the richest 20% - 46.2%.

The increased level of poverty in the country gave rise to talks and even proposals to introduce ration cards. Moreover, the majority of Russians themselves support this idea. Russian resident Vladimir Putin noted that today this issue is not as relevant as in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, but "you can talk".

In terms of income, it is interesting to note that the income of the lowest paid McDonalds's employee in the United States is higher than that of 97% of Russians. Last year, on the verge of poverty proved to be a quarter of the population.

Meanwhile, Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska said that every second Russian lives below the poverty line in the country, which is five times higher than the official statistics of Rosstat.
