Currently, 70% of the population in Russia remains unvaccinated from COVID-19, and more than 60% intend to be vaccinated in the near future, according to a study by the Synergy analytical center.

According to the survey results, which are cited by RIA Novosti, 35.1% of Russians agree to be vaccinated against coronavirus in order to save their jobs. Those who want to do it for the sake of health are fewer - 29.8%. 16.5% of citizens hope that vaccination will quickly eliminate the need to observe the mask regimen. 12.5% said they needed vaccinations to travel around the country and abroad. 6.1% indicated that they intend, thanks to the vaccination certificate, to visit museums, restaurants and cinemas without restriction.

According to analysts, 74.7% of survey participants have not yet been vaccinated. 61.4% are going to get vaccinated in the near future, but 28.3% have no such intentions at all. 10.3% were unable to determine their vaccination plans.

For those who did not get vaccinated, 45% did not expect vaccination to become compulsory. 35.2% were confident that the pandemic was over and there was no cause for concern. 12.8% were afraid of side effects after administration of the drug, and 7% did not want to be vaccinated in principle.

By the way, a third of Russian doctors do not want to be vaccinated either. 36% of doctors are unsure of the effectiveness of the covid vaccine. 2% of healthcare representatives will fundamentally not go to vaccinations, and 13% agree to get vaccinated so as not to lose their jobs.

Note that 63% of Russian citizens do not approve of the decision to introduce compulsory vaccination from coronavirus in several regions. The opposite opinion is held by 2.7 times fewer citizens - only 23%.
