Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova instructed the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Finance to work out the possibility of organizing a queue for the homeless for social housing rent, and to the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Finance - to clarify the concept of "citizen without a fixed abode".

Golikova ordered to study the issue of the feasibility of creating a set of measures to prevent the homeless and provide them with assistance, RIA Novosti reports.

Earlier it was indicated that in Russia the issue of providing medical care for the homeless, in particular, the provision of special hospitals, has not yet been resolved. Today, these people, who do not have either a passport or a compulsory medical insurance policy, are actually deprived of the right to provide them with medical care. At the same time, they often get sick with diseases that are dangerous to those around them, such as tuberculosis.
