Names of tourists from Samara killed in road accident in Turkey specified

The media reported the names of two adult Russians and one child who died in an accident with a tourist bus in Turkey.

According to Kommersant, the victims of the accident were 71-year-old Nadezhda Tyagushcheva and 35-year-old Taras Melnik, as well as 15-year-old Anna Moshko.

“Her mother Tatiana reported on the death of the schoolgirl on the social network, asking not to ask for details. It is also reported that most of the surviving passengers on the bus continue to be in the hospital, ”the newspaper notes.

According to RIA Novosti, the accident involving a tourist bus carrying Russian travelers took place at about 18.00 on August 2 in the Antalya province near the city of Manavgat. There were 22 Russian citizens on the bus, including nine children.

Most of the tourists were from the Samara region. Their vacation in Turkey was already coming to an end. The transfer was to take them to the airport for the evening flight ZF 6394 to Samara.

Three passengers died at once, five were taken to hospitals in serious condition, two more were taken to intensive care. All victims were placed in four hospitals. Subsequently, it became known that the number of victims of the accident rose to four.

According to the preliminary investigation, at the D-400 interchange, the driver of a tourist bus, for some unknown reason, crashed into a fence and drove into an “oncoming lane”, after which the bus overturned.
