The one who threatened to explode in the building of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was detained. The media indicate that the name of the detainee is Vladimir Prokhnich (pictured).

Earlier it was reported that the attacker took eyewitnesses hostage and said that no one would leave the building alive. The raider shouted that a "building capture" was taking place.

Using rude and obscene language, he said that he was tired of everything, ordered the guards to “remove people” and “not touch the weapon” under the threat of an explosion.

There was no assault. The menace was taken out of the building. The grenade in his hand turned out to be a combat one.

Prokhnich's Facebook profile says that he lives in the city of Irpin near Kiev. According to a source of "Strana.ua" in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he fought in the Donbass, was a sapper in the "Aydar" battalion, and received two wounds.
