Daniil Medvedev wins the Masters ATP in Toronto

Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev (pictured) beat American Riley Opelke in the Rogers Gup final with a score of 6: 4, 6: 3. It took the Russian an hour and 25 minutes.
The tournament belongs to the Masters 1000 category. The prize fund is $ 2.85 million.
Recall that 28-year-old Medvedev is on the second line in the ranking of the Association of Professional Tennis Players (APR). He holds 12 Association titles. Earlier, in 2019, he lost to Spaniard Rafael Nadal in the Rogers Cup final.
Opelke ranks 32nd in the ranking of tennis players.
