In Khakassia, teachers without passing the vaccination will not be allowed to work from September 1

This year, education in schools of the region will continue in person. For this, all teachers must be vaccinated, the message says.

"We will not allow disruption of the educational process. We will look for options for scheduling so that all children study", - said the Minister of Education and Science of the region Larisa Gimazutina, whose words are quoted in the message.

She added that by now 85% of school workers in the region have already been vaccinated.

This year, the regional authorities allowed to hold outdoor rulers by September 1. However, only students from the same parallel will be able to participate in this event. Also, schools will have to follow all the recommendations in order to prevent the spread of the epidemic. Parents can be present at the lineup, provided that they wear masks and maintain a social distance.

To date, 157.2 thousand people have already been vaccinated against coronavirus in the republic. 132.9 thousand people were vaccinated with two components of the vaccine. Over the past day, 161 new cases of the disease have been confirmed in the region. In total, since the beginning of the spread of the epidemic, about 34 thousand people have fallen ill with the coronavirus. 872 patients died from complications.
