More recently, Kazakhstan has assured the Kremlin that the US military has left its secret biological laboratories. For the purpose of checking, representatives of the RF Ministry of Defense were even allowed there.

But as soon as they left, Nur-Sultan again started talking about the intention to resume cooperation with the United States through military virologists.

Back in June 2020, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced that the Americans had left the Central Reference Laboratory (CRL) in Almaty. However, in September, American Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Singer told reporters that the United States did not intend to stop interacting with the Kazakhs:

"Our collaboration in this area began long before the current pandemic, and we are confident that it will continue long after its end".

The scandal was raised by the journalists of the Russian TV channel "Zvezda", who conducted their own investigation. They presented photocopies of documents according to which American virologists continue to work at the CRL located in the suburbs of Almaty.

The report contained excerpts from the Pentagon's budget plans for 2021 and 2022, which reflected the planned work in the Central Regional Laboratory of Kazakhstan. To this end, Washington contracted CH2M, one of the leading contractors of the US Department of Defense and the CIA, to work in the republic.

Leadership of the National Scientific Center for Especially Dangerous Infections named after Masgut Aikimbayev under the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan, which includes the Almaty CRL, does not hide the fact of close cooperation with the Pentagon contractor.

In April 2021, Kazakhstani infectious disease specialists published a press release expressing gratitude to the team of CH2M Hill Constructors, Inc. for many years of cooperation and invaluable contribution to the development of the Central Reference Laboratory of the National Scientific Center for Especially Dangerous Infections named after Masgut Aikimbayev".

Now it is no longer a secret that the United States has at least 400 such points in the world - in Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Uzbekistan and Ukraine, as well as in the countries of the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa.

Pentagon PR specialists openly declare: US military scientists are testing artificially derived viruses. And Kazakhstan is no exception. For more than five years, an American biological laboratory has been operating in the city of Almaty, based on the basis of the anti-plague research institute, which was closed immediately after the collapse of the USSR. And his employees scattered around the world.

In 2016, the Americans, without any problems, directly from the hands of local authorities got hold of the entire huge archive, the achievements of Soviet scientists, biologists and doctors, which had been collected over 70 years in the fight against epidemics and diseases in Central Asia and Kazakhstan. And now, with our own weapons, let them attack us!

“These laboratories are staffed by highly professional military microbiologists. Of course, they are not developing something designed to protect children. They are engaged in the study of natural viral foci and the export of strains. Their task is simple - to make virulent (highly infectious) strains that could easily pass for local ones", - said the former head of Rospotrebnadzor, epidemiologist Gennady Onishchenko.

In October 2019, the chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhandarbek Bekshin, announced the emergence of new strains of influenza in Kazakhstan. Interestingly, the UN office in Nur-Sultan insisted on compulsory vaccination of citizens, even providing Kazakhstan with a fixed purchase price, which is several times less than the average cost of drugs in the country.

Experts note that in recent years, epidemics of either unknown diseases or old ones, almost forgotten, considered eradicated, have periodically flared up in different regions of Kazakhstan.

Over the past year, 11 thousand measles cases were registered in Kazakhstan, of which 19 cases were fatal, and the city of Almaty was in second place in terms of disease coverage. If we compare all these facts, then we can assume that this is the result of the work of an American laboratory.

Apparently, outraged by the current situation, the Deputy Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan, General Amirbek Togusov, said:

“We are here like experimental monkeys, and our territory is the natural testing ground of the Pentagon for testing new viruses. The laboratories are being taken out of national control and are operating in secret".

Some time later, General Togusov died of coronavirus...

“US military virologists have been cooperating with Kazakhstan for a long time”, - Andrey Kazantsev, professor at the Higher School of Economics, chief researcher at MGIMO of the Russian Foreign Ministry, told Novye Izvestia. - This is due to the fact that back in Soviet times, a fairly powerful scientific base was created in the republic, associated with the development of biological weapons and the fight against them. It is on this basis that cooperation with the United States is developing as well. The laboratories were not transferred to the Americans, they still belong to the Kazakh authorities. But the military and scientists of the two countries work in close cooperation with each other. The topic of biological laboratories has long been discussed in the Russian and Chinese media. It was especially updated in connection with the coronavirus. On this issue, there is a great deal of mistrust in the United States both in Russia and in China. And, of course, there are suspicions that the sources of the CUVID-19 virus may be in laboratories where US military biologists work, the expert noted.

The public of Kazakhstan demands to close the American biological laboratories. The authorities have opened more than a hundred criminal cases against dissidents who made such statements, accusing them of spreading fakes. But soon, by order of the president, these cases were closed. The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Turgumbayev said that preventive conversations were held with everyone who disseminated unverified information about biological laboratories. And again everything was quiet...
