It's worth reminding that the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, General of the Army Yevgeny Zinichev died saving the operator during an exercise in the Krasnoyarsk Territory near Norilsk. Before being appointed head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Zinichev was also appointed to the post of deputy director of the FSB.
