Stanislav Kuznetsov, deputy chairman of the bank's board, told RIA Novosti that in addition to the completed questionnaire, the fraudsters ask the victim to pay a fee of several thousand rubles. Thus, both money and user data fall into the hands of cybercriminals. The expert believes that the most dangerous thing is that the criminals got the opportunity to enter with the data of a real user into his real profile on "Gosuslugi", where many of his personal data are stored, and, for example, to issue a loan there in his name. Kuznetsov advises users to always pay attention to the website address.
"If you nevertheless left your data on a phishing site, urgently change the password for your personal account of government services and inform the portal's technical support about fraudsters", - said the expert.
Note that recently the number of complaints from Russians about attempts to hack accounts on "Gosuslug" has grown. At the same time, the number of offers to sell accounts has increased on the darknet.
