This is how a fishing collective farm near Kaliningrad has been called since 1947, under which in 1987 a fish processing plant was established, producing canned food. However, in the USSR, it was impossible to even think about sprat in tomato having such a name. We can only guess if they there, at the fish processing plant, seriously invented such a design to be in the trend of the general "patriotic" bacchanalia, or is it, in modern terms, cynical trolling?
