Putin signed a decree establishing the badge of honor "For Success in Labor"

The honorary badge has already been awarded to the Uralvagonzavod staff "for their great contribution to the creation of new special equipment, strengthening the country's defense capability and high performance in production".

This is stated on the Kremlin website.

As follows from the presidential decree, the honorary badge will be awarded to collectives of workers, regardless of the form of ownership of the enterprise, for achievements in the field of industry and agriculture, economics, science, culture, art, education, health care, education, physical education and sports, as well as for other significant achievements. Along with the application for participation in the award, which indicates the achievement of the team, it is necessary to submit a certificate of the financial results of the company and its branches, a certificate of the authorized capital and composition of the property of the enterprise, information about the history of the enterprise.

The award will be given to the five best teams every year on the eve of Labor Day - May 1. It is a brass badge of honor in the shape of a wreath of laurel and oak branches in a silvery color. In the center of the wreath is the coat of arms of the country against the background of the flag of Russia. It reads - "For success in labor from the President of the Russian Federation". On the reverse side of the medal its serial number is indicated.
