According to TASS, referring to Olga Vradiy, a representative of the State Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the region, on September 13, the body of a pensioner was found in a forest belt 160 meters from the Magistral 2 SNT.

"In hot pursuit, it was possible to identify and detain suspects in the commission of crimes. They turned out to be two citizens of one of the neighboring states born in 1988 and 1984. An investigator is currently working with the suspects”, - Vradiy clarified.

A group of residents of the Buzhaninovo village in Sergiev Posad gathered on the same day at the hostel building. They blamed the migrants for the death of the pensioner and demanded a meeting with officials and law enforcement officers.

Kommersant indicates that representatives of the Sergiev Posad administration arrived at the picketing and promised today, September 14, to organize a meeting with representatives of the Ecookna plant, where the labor migrants worked.

The head of Sergiyev Posad, Mikhail Tokarev, wrote on his Instagram that he intends to seek the closure of the hostel with migrants.

"A spontaneous gathering gathered near the hostel of the "Ecookna" enterprise demanding to evict citizens of the near abroad from there. Meeting with law enforcement officers, dialogue with government officials helped to prevent the conflict. (...) We listened to the demands of the residents of Buzhaninov: on September 14 we will hold a meeting with the owner of the hostel, we will demand its closure", - Tokarev wrote.

He also clarified that citizens of Tajikistan were detained, and that they lived and worked not in a hostel, but on the construction of a private house in the garden non-profit partnership (SNT) Priozerny.
