A student opened fire at a university in Perm

The Interior Ministry confirmed the arrest of the shooter. The governor of the region went to the scene.

It is noted that the seized university was a first-year student. Earlier in social networks, he told how he chose an educational institution for the attack, how he acquired a weapon. In a photo posted on the Internet, he is armed, wearing a bulletproof vest and wearing a mask. At first, the young man wanted to attack the school, but later changed his goal.

Students who are already in the classrooms were advised not to leave them. Students who are now on campus have been encouraged to leave. Those who are now heading to university were advised to turn around.
