In the Moscow region by 15:00, the turnout was 37.6%, said the chairman of the regional election commission Ilya Berezkin.

According to the results of processing 25.03% of the final protocols, the party "United Russia" is gaining 44.26% of the votes on the party list in the elections to the State Duma. This was reported on the screen at the information center of the Central Election Commission of Russia on Sunday.

In an operative commentary, political scientist Yevgeny Minchenko predicted the likelihood of further growth in United Russia votes as the votes were counted, since the results until midnight on September 19 did not include data from Tatarstan, Bashkiria, the republics of the North Caucasus and southern Russia, where the ruling party traditionally gains high percentages.

According to the results of the last elections, "United Russia" won 54.19% of the votes on the party list, taking into account the victory in 203 single-mandate constituencies received 343 mandates. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation received 42 mandates (13.34% according to the list, seven - according to the constituencies), the Liberal Democratic Party - 39 (13.14% according to the list, five - according to the constituencies), spravorassi - 23 (6.23% according to the list, seven - according to the constituencies ).
