As follows from the CEC report, according to party lists, the voting results are as follows:

United Russia - 49.82%; Communist Party of the Russian Federation - 18.93%; LDPR - 7.55%; "Fair Russia - For the Truth" - 7.46%; New people - 5.32%.

Thus, for the first time in the past 17 years, five parties will pass to the State Duma.

“The rest of the parties are the Party of Pensioners (2.45%), Yabloko (1.34%), Communists of Russia (1.27%), Greens (0.91%), Rodina ( 0.80%), RPSS (0.77%), Green Alternative (0.64%), Party of Growth (0.52%) and Civil Platform (0.15%) - do not pass the barrier 5% and do not make it to the lower house of parliament", - Novaya Gazeta writes.

The publication notes that in single-mandate constituencies, "United Russia" received 198 seats in the State Duma of the new convocation, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation - 9, "Fair Russia - For the Truth" - 8, self-nominated candidates - 5, LDPR - 2, and "Rodina", "Party of Growth" and Civic Platform - one mandate each.

Based on preliminary calculations, out of 450 seats in the State Duma, United Russia candidates will receive 112 mandates according to the list and 198 - single-mandate constituencies. In general, the United Russia faction will receive 310 seats, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation - 51, the SR - 25, the Liberal Democratic Party - 19, "New People" - 12 seats. Five self-nominated candidates will receive one mandate and three deputies from "small" parties will receive one mandate each. So far, the fate of another 25 mandates has not yet been determined.

It should be noted that, having gained over 300 mandates, United Russia receives a constitutional majority in the lower house of the Russian parliament, which allows it to pass any laws without taking into account the opinions of other parties.

The elections to the State Duma in Russia were held from 17 to 19 September in a three-day format. In seven regions of the country, along with the standard procedure, it was possible to vote online. In addition, Russians living in the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR could join the electronic voting.

Of the 450 deputies of the State Duma, 225 were elected by party lists, and 225 by single-mandate constituencies. At the same time, elections for governors were held in nine regions, and the current heads of regions won them in the first round. All of them, with the exception of two leaders, were nominated by the United Russia. Another 39 subjects passed elections to regional legislative assemblies.

The head of the CEC Ella Pamfilova recognized the results of the elections in the Russian Federation as valid.

Meanwhile, the opposition did not recognize the results of the elections. The previous evening, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation held a rally on Pushkinskaya Square, the participants of which criticized the results of remote voting in Moscow, which they consider to be falsified in favor of the "party in power."
