According to Vedomosti, referring to the draft budget of the national project "Education", the costs of developing the system are included in the federal project "Social Activity". In the next year and 2023, expenses will amount to 551.1 million rubles, in 2024 - 555.7 million rubles.

Funds for development will be received by ANO Center for Study and Network Monitoring of the Youth Environment. It was created in 2018 on behalf of President Vladimir Putin, RBC points out.
