Low-income families will now receive monthly benefits in connection with the birth or adoption of children only to the card of the national payment system "Mir", to an ordinary account, or in cash.

PaymentsAs reported by RIA Novosti, from October 1, payments to cards of international payment systems will become impossible.
As a reminder, from July 1, all pensions and social benefits, including maternity capital, were transferred to Mir cards. But the innovations did not affect pensioners living abroad, as well as those who receive payments to a deposit account, a nominal account or by mail.
