From September 27, deductions from salaries in court will be implemented under the new rules

According to fedpress.ru, according to them, if it is necessary to recover some amount from the salary, it must first be transferred to the account of the Federal Bailiff Service within three days.

When withholding from salary in the interests of a specific person, for example, alimony, the procedure will be the same. Moreover, the amount of such payments cannot exceed 100 thousand rubles.

The new retention rules will apply to all employers in the country.
