Social Democrats won elections to Bundestag

24.1% of the vote, according to official preliminary results released by the Federal Election Commission, is won by the CDU / CSU bloc of incumbent German Chancellor Angela Merkel in the elections to the Bundestag. This is the lowest level of support in history.
