The Avito experts found out which vinyl performers the site users preferred to listen to in September 2021.

The demand for vinyl records in Russia as a whole in September this year increased by 27% compared to the same period last year. The popularity of turntables for vinyl is also growing - Russians were interested in them 26% more often, while the average cost of the device is 10,000 rubles.

“Despite the frenzied popularity of contemporary pop and rap artists, connoisseurs of quality music do not lose interest in rock classics. At the same time, there are more and more vinyl lovers and turntables from year to year. For example, this year more than a quarter of the interest in such goods has become than in the past. At the moment, the site contains more than 100 thousand announcements for the sale of records, so both hunters for rare copies and lovers of new products will be able to find an album to their liking, ”comments Aleksey Kozlovsky, head of the Lifestyle category at Avito.

Eighth place went to Led Zeppelin. The demand for vinyl with the work of musicians in Russia as a whole has grown by 51%, and the purchase of a record will cost 1,700 rubles.

German pop group Modern Talking is ranked ninth in the ranking. The band ended their career in 2003, becoming the most successful group from Germany.
