"Safe named after Ella Pamfilova" appeared in Vologda

The new art object was presented in Vologda by Vitaly Nalivkin's colleague Oleg Grafinov. We are talking about the "Safe named after Ella Pamfilova", which was installed on the site of the stump named after the head of the CEC.

The art object appeared after the elections - on September 26. Before that, on the day of voting on September 19, a photo was published on Grafinov's VKontakte page showing wine, that the safe could store ballots - the lid and front wall of the safe open, but no back wall.

"With respect and pleasure, I follow new technologies in the field of storing bulletins throughout the country. I believe that such experience should be urgently adopted and implemented in the Middle Posad", - the message says.

Earlier, at the place where the "safe" is now located, an urn was installed with the inscription "Stump them. Ella Pamfilova".

It's worth reminding that in 2020 Russia has a practice of holding elections outside the voting premises, without the video surveillance procedure necessary to ensure transparency.
