Security officials came to the Moscow headquarters of Group-IB with searches

The fact that the security forces raided the company in the morning of September 28 was reported by the RTVI channel, citing a source close to the law enforcement agencies.

Later, this information was confirmed by a representative of the company, Nika Komarova, telling RBC about the visit of security officials to the headquarters of Group-IB in Russia and the CIS. She also clarified that law enforcement officers left the office the same evening.

The top manager and lawyers of the organization “clarify the situation” - the company does not understand what the searches are connected with.

RTVI suggested that this was due to a criminal case in which the founder and CEO of the company, Ilya Sachkov, was detained on the morning of September 28. But what exactly is at stake, the media did not specify.
