The Moscow administration is going to spend 175 million rubles on modernizing the UMIAS medical system for a deeper analysis of data on the incidence of coronavirus infection, as well as identify people who have come into contact with patients.

Among them will be teachers and students, since the system will be able to identify contacts in classes and parallels. In the case of children, parental permission is required.

Kommersant first wrote about the tender for the development of the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System (UMIAS) in Moscow at the Roseltorg site. It was announced on September 24, the customer is the Information and Analytical Center for Healthcare, controlled by the Department of Information Technologies (DIT) of Moscow. You can also see that the contract amount is equal to 175 million rubles, and the term of work is limited to 410 days.

UMIAS will be supplemented with the module "Monitoring the incidence of coronavirus infection". With its help, it will be possible to analyze the flows of patients with suspected covid in real time, collect data on the results of PCR and CT, as well as the location of infected, infected pensioners and children.

The module will be integrated with the information system "Moscow Electronic School".

In the conditions of the tender, it is reported that the authorities intend to organize a search for those who had contact with the sick. Therefore, the contractor will have to develop the "Search - contact persons" block. There is no data on how officials will look for these people.

Recall that last year Moscow deployed a digital infrastructure to collect data on the incidence of coronavirus - "Social Monitoring". The organizers of this system and the observers did literally everything so that people not only self-medicate, but also daily prove their innocence to the authorities. Experts stated that the extension of the Social Monitoring application after the abolition of digital passes in Moscow is justified mainly by the fines it collects automatically.
