The FSB approved a list of information for the transfer of which a person is recognized as a foreign agent

As follows from the document published on the official portal of normative acts, the list contains 60 items, including information on assessments and forecasts of the development of the military-political and strategic situation, on the deployment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and units of power structures, on the moral and psychological climate in the Russian army, on the methods of combat training of military personnel, on the results of research and development work on the creation and modernization of weapons, military and special equipment, on the use of quantum technologies and artificial intelligence in the creation of new weapons and special equipment.

Most of the list concerns Roscosmos. A number of points are devoted to the protection of data on the Russian space program.

The FSB indicates that the security of Russia may be threatened by the transfer abroad of data on the financial condition of the state corporation and financial and economic forecasts of infrastructure and plans for their development.

The order was issued in accordance with the federal law "On measures of influence on persons involved in violations of fundamental human rights and freedoms, rights and freedoms of citizens of the Russian Federation". Persons transmitting the specified list of information can be recognized as foreign agents.

It's worth reminding that at the end of June, on suspicion of treason, the security forces detained a resident of Simferopol. He was arrested for two months for collecting flight data from Russian military aircraft for Ukrainian intelligence. It's worth to note that in 2020, seven people were convicted of treason and espionage in the interests of other countries in Russia. All of them received real sentences ranging from five to 20 years in prison.
