The eldest daughter of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, Aishat, became the head of the region's culture ministry.

According to Kommersant with reference to the statement of the speaker of the republican parliament Magomed Daudov, earlier Kadyrov's daughter worked as the first deputy head of this department.

"Thanks to a responsible attitude to his work, Aishat managed to make a colossal contribution to the development of the republic's libraries, houses of culture and theaters, as well as to achieve high performance in all areas of the activities of the Ministry of Culture of the Chechen Republic," the publication quoted Daudov as saying.

According to TASS, Aishat Kadyrova was born on December 31, 1998. She graduated from the Chechen State University, since 2016 she has been the director of the Firdaws fashion house. She opened a boutique for Muslim women in Grozny.

In 2019, Kadyrova opened a new fashion boutique in Moscow, where dresses for 50 thousand rubles were exhibited. In 2020, the United States imposed sanctions on Kadyrov, his wife Medni, and daughters Aishat and Karina. In response to this news, Kadyrov posted threatening photos with machine guns on social networks.

In September 2020, 21-year-old Aishat Kadyrova was appointed deputy head of the republic's culture ministry. In the same year, Kadyrov's second daughter, Khadizhat, became the head of the department of preschool education in Grozny.

The appointment of Kadyrov's young daughter as Minister of Culture of the republic was perceived ambiguously by users of social networks. Many doubted that at such a young age the applicant could meet the qualification requirements for a minister.

At the same time, a number of users expressed bewilderment as to how the Chechen authorities intend to comply with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2004 N 79-FZ "On the State Civil Service of the Russian Federation", in which Article 16 contains a direct prohibition on nepotism in power, which is considered one of the signs of corruption...

Thus, paragraph five of the article states that a citizen “cannot be employed in the civil service, and a civil servant cannot be in the civil service in the event of a close relationship or property (parents, spouses, children, brothers, sisters, as well as brothers, sisters , parents, children of spouses and spouses of children) with a civil servant, if the replacement of a civil service position is associated with the direct subordination or control of one of them to the other".
