Supporters of the former president of Ukraine say that provocateurs are taking part in the action, who were recruited for money on social networks. Be that as it may, the participants of the rally at the house of Pyotr Poroshenko in the village of Kozin, Obukhov region, have not dispersed for a day.

The rally began on October 9 at midnight. Now police officers (about 60 people) and special forces are on duty at the place of the action. Verbal skirmishes take place in the ranks of the protesters, turning into brawls.

According to the police of the Kiev region, published on Facebook, a peaceful rally of two organizations is being held in the village, whose members have different political views on events in the country. The Ukrainian police have not yet recorded any significant violations of law and order.

Irina Gerashchenko, a deputy from the European Solidarity party led by Poroshenko, said the protesters tried to break into the former president's house and said that paid provocateurs from social networks were participating in the action. According to Gerashchenko, there are teenagers among the participants, so the party representatives have already demanded that the authorities protect minors from illegal participation in provocations.

RBC recalls that on October 8, 2021, the Security Service of Ukraine announced that a check is being conducted on the involvement of P. Poroshenko in the supply of coal to Ukraine from the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR. The ex-president has not yet been formally charged.

Poroshenko himself categorically rejected the claims and said that this was a sample of politically fabricated cases.
