According to the first deputy head of the Russian Ministry of Education Alexander Bugayev, the child has the right to personal space.

The First Deputy Minister announced this at the First All-Russian Forum of Class Teachers, which is held from 9 to 10 October in the Russian capital. The forum is attended by about a thousand people from all regions of the country. Another 20 thousand participants joined the discussion of topical issues of education in an online format, TASS reports.

Alexander Bugayev expressed the opinion that online broadcasts from classes that allow parents to find out what their child is doing during lessons using a special application are not only illegal, but also harmful. The child is also a human being, and it is impossible to stifle him with excessive care.
