Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin signed a decree on the cost of living for 2022. According to the document, the amount will grow by 685 rubles - up to 18,714 rubles.

"The Moscow government decides to establish the value of the subsistence minimum in the city of Moscow for 2022: per capita - 18,714 rubles; for the able-bodied population - 21,371 rubles; for pensioners - 14,009 rubles, for children - 16,174 rubles", - said in the resolution.

Earlier it became known about the growth of the minimum wage in 2022. As Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said, the minimum wage next year will exceed 13,600 rubles. At the same time, experts believe that the size of the subsistence minimum in the country should not be less than 30 thousand rubles.

Insurance pensions will grow by 5.9% from 2022.
