Currently, the sanctions under this article provide for a fine of 500 thousand rubles for entrepreneurs who do not comply with the instructions and decisions of the FAS within a certain period.
At the same time, the service noted that the fine should not exceed 1/50 of the total revenue of the organization for the past year.
The FAS proposals will be considered on October 19 at the working group on the regulatory guillotine for the development of competition.
