Yuri Dudy was fined 100 thousand rubles for drug propaganda

"The court found Dudy guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1.1 of Art. 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (propaganda of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances using the Internet)", - the court reported, adding that the decision had not entered into force and could be appealed.

According to lawyer Dudy Ilnur Sharapov, his defender will appeal.

In July, the court postponed the hearing of Dudya's case, as a psychological and linguistic examination was ordered, in connection with which the hearing was postponed. Earlier, the case was returned by the court for revision.

The report on the blogger was drawn up after the representatives of the Safe Internet League, headed by Yekaterina Mizulina, contacted the police. She stated that the fact of drug propaganda was confirmed by two examinations.
