Representatives of the Muz-TV channel were summoned to court in the case of gay propaganda among children: a protocol was drawn up on the channel under Part 2 of Art. 6.21 of the Administrative Code on the Promotion of Non-Traditional Sexual Relations "among minors.

According to Novaya Gazeta, citing data from the court's filing cabinets and information from the We Can Explain Telegram channel, the hearing of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow is scheduled for 09:00 on November 17, the judge in the case is Kristina Starovoitova.

"The case was registered on September 15", - the newspaper notes.

The website does not provide details on the content of the administrative protocol. At the same time, it was previously reported that the scandal was caused by the events of June 4 of this year, when the Muz-TV prize was awarded at the Megasport Sports Palace.

Officials' claims then prompted the stage costumes of some of the show's participants. So, singer Philip Kirkorov and blogger David Manukyan came to the event in a white limousine in contrasting white and black tuxedos. Blogger Igor Sinyak arrived in a woman's dress, and blogger Danya Milokhin arrived at the ceremony in a shocking suit, which was visually divided vertically into two parts. One of them was a black tailcoat, and the second was a woman's hot pink dress. The blogger had shoes of different colors on his feet. On one - a black men's shoe, on the other - a pink women's shoe with a small heel.

As soon as photos from the event appeared on the Web, Roskomnadzor decided to check the Muz-TV award for “gay propaganda”. The organizers of the show were blamed for the fact that the program was broadcast during the day without setting the warning marker "18+" on the screen.

If the channel employees are found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 6.21 of the Administrative Code, the TV channel faces a fine of 1 million rubles or a suspension of work for three months.
