Communist Party deputy Valery Rashkin caught on illegal hunting in Saratov region

Law enforcement officials claim that the deputy was drunk while driving a car. They indicated that they were able to determine this even without an examination, which the parliamentarian refused, since Rashkin smelled strongly of alcohol.

As specified in the telegram channel of the political scientist Sergey Karnaukhov, the incident took place on the night of October 29 in the Lysogorsky district of the region.

According to RIA Novosti, in the Saratov region, after the discovery of an elk carcass, an ax and two knives in the car of a citizen born in 1955 (note that Valery Rashkin was born on March 14, 1955), a criminal case was opened under the article on illegal hunting with causing major damage. Police arrived at the scene following reports of gunfire. An administrative protocol was drawn up against the driver who refused to undergo a medical examination.

The charges brought against him are expected to be punishable by two years in prison.
