As reported by "Medical Bulletin", referring to a letter addressed to the head of the department, Alla Samoilova, anti-vaxxers will be punished under the article on public dissemination of false information.
The letter says that Roszdravnadzor employees must report those whose activities "have signs of offenses, the responsibility for the commission of which is provided for in Articles 207.1 and 207.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation" - that is, articles on false information.
The letter was sent on November 1 in pursuance of the minutes of the meeting of the operational headquarters for the fight against coronavirus on October 19. The head of one of the hospitals told the publication that the meeting discussed measures to counter anti-vaccination, and the Ministry of Health was tough.
It's worth reminding that on November 2, the territorial body of Roszdravnadzor in the Rostov region sent five statements to the Rostov-on-Don prosecutor's office about the dissemination of data on the dangers of vaccination against coronavirus. Who exactly this information was disseminated, in the regional press center for informing the population of the Rostov region about the situation with COVID-19, they could not clarify.
By the way, in Kostroma, vaccinated citizens have come up with a way to earn money on the unvaccinated: they make purchases for them in the shopping center, where they are allowed only with QR-codes, for a fee.
