According to Kommersant, citing these departments, from now on, such documents will be produced electronically in two languages within three days after vaccination.

Unlike the old documents, the new ones will include information about where the vaccination was given. Those who were vaccinated before November 8 and received an old-style vaccination certificate will not have to additionally apply to the authorities to replace documents. According to the plans of the Ministry of Health, all previous certificates will be brought into line with the new standards without the participation of applicants: they will be renewed automatically by March 1.

The new covid certificate, in addition to the name and date of birth of a person, will also indicate his gender, registration address, date and place of vaccination, as well as a QR code. New documents will be issued in both electronic and paper form.

Earlier it was noted that scammers have become more active throughout the country, who offer citizens to buy fake covid certificates for alleged vaccination for money. The police are actively identifying such businessmen and initiating criminal cases against them. A test was created specifically to identify patients with fake vaccinations in the Gamaleya center.

From October 30 to November 7, a non-working day regime was in effect throughout the country, announced due to a sharp deterioration in the epidemiological situation for the incidence of COVID-19. In a number of subjects, the introduction of a lockdown helped somewhat stabilize the situation, however, in the Kursk, Chelyabinsk, Novgorod, Tomsk and Bryansk regions, the effect of quarantine was insufficient, so the authorities of these regions shed a lockdown in excess of the period established for the entire country.
