Paralympian Pistorius, who killed his girlfriend, can be released on parole

In 2013, on Valentine's Day morning, six-time Paralympic short-distance champion Oscar Pistorius shot and killed his girlfriend, model Riva Steenkamp. Pistorius fired four large-caliber bullets at the toilet door in his house, behind which the girl was.
