According to the study , the results of which are cited by RIA Novosti, 43% of respondents are ready to work in an organization if its mission is at odds with their principles, provided that the salary will meet their expectations. 37% are ready to compromise some principles, but if the mission does not violate their moral values. 27% of respondents will be able to work in a company, even if they do not share its values, but under good working conditions. 23% of citizens will agree to such work only if the other is not.

17% of respondents indicated that they will work in a company whose values are considered to be contradictory if they face difficulties in life or if they are promised career growth in the company. 12% noted that under no circumstances would they work for a company whose values are alien to them.

Also, 5% of those who passed the survey said that they would not pay attention to the values of the company with a salary of 150-200 thousand rubles, for 14%, 75-100 thousand will be enough to “close their eyes” to the company's values, 11% will agree to 50-75 thousand rubles a month, and 5% are ready to give up their principles for a salary of up to 50 thousand rubles.

21% are ready to work in an organization whose values are alien to them, only for more than 200 thousand rubles a month. 18% admitted that no amount of money would make them work for such an organization.

It's worth reminding that a recent poll showed that Russians consider the professions of a courier, security guard and loader to be the easiest. In fourth place are the actors.

Incidentally, 72% of Russians are not averse to switching to remote work, because, in their opinion, this will help them manage their own time, save travel time and reduce transport costs. At the same time, it is known that 45% of Russians are looking for remote work in another city.
