For several years, the State Agency of Ukraine for Cinema has not issued a distribution certificate for the comedy film "Rzhevsky against Napoleon" with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in the title role.

The president plays the role of the French commander in the film.

According to the publication "Ukrainian News", no distribution company has received permission to broadcast this film since 2015. The reason for this is the participation of the Russian comedian Yuri Galtsev in the film. Since October 6, 2015, he has been among the persons who threaten the national security of Ukraine. The rental of paintings with his participation in Ukraine is prohibited.

We will remind, the comedy "Rzhevsky against Napoleon" was released in 2012. In it, in order to stop Napoleon's offensive, Russian officers decide to slip the commander-in-chief a "woman" - the disguised lieutenant Rzhevsky, played by Pavel Derevyanko.
