As the head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection troops Igor Kirillov said in an interview with Krasnaya Zvezda, the experiments showed that on the second day of using the KovBAD supplement, “the amount of virus in the nasopharynx is halved, and on the sixth day its concentration is reduced by 16 times", which contributes to the course of the disease with fewer complications.

According to Kirillov, the main components of the dietary supplement are chokeberry extract, echinacea, fucoidan, Pacific squid hydrolyzate, as well as other substances of natural origin.

It's worth reminding that the coronavirus pandemic has lasted for a year and a half, but so far not a single drug has been named that would be ideal for the treatment of COVID-19. The same drugs that are included in the treatment protocols for the virus are far from budgetary. In July of this year, the second stage of testing a drug against coronavirus began in Israel - in the first stage, nine people hospitalized with severe lung damage recovered in a few days.
